Keystone Resort Opened November 2nd
Keystone Resort was one of the first to open in Summit County for the 2024/2025 ski season, with its lifts turning on November 2nd. Arapahoe Basin up the road from Keystone also opened on November 2nd. Thanks to a combination of a late October cold snap, early season snow and exceptional snowmaking capabilities, Keystone welcomed skiers and riders to its iconic River Run base area on Saturday, November 2nd 2024. Keystone has already received 33 inches of snow since opening day, creating fantastic conditions for an early season kickoff. Keystone’s diverse terrain and family-friendly atmosphere make it a perfect choice for both beginners and experienced skiers. It will be any day now that Keystone will open up additional trails.
The early-season snowfall hasn’t just been a novelty—it’s been substantial! Keystone’s snowmakers have been working overtime, ensuring that there’s plenty of coverage on key runs, and the weather gods have blessed the resort with natural snow, adding to the excitement. If you’re looking to make the most of early-season conditions, there’s no better place to do it than at Keystone.
Copper Mountain Opens November 8th
