You can pick up your rental equipment anytime after 1pm the day before your first day of skiing at no extra charge. Norski Sports Keystone offers evening rental setup all season long. 

Stop by Norski Keystone anytime before 7:30pm to grab your rentals. 

Stop by our Copper location anytime until 6pm. 

We accept returns until 8pm at our Keystone location and until 6pm at our Copper location. 

You can also return the morning after your rental ends before 10am at no extra charge. 

If you or a member of your group is sick or no longer needs their equipment return the equipment early for a refund of unused days.

Last call for rental setup is 30 minutes before our posted close time. 

Please arrive no later than 7:30 pm to our Keystone location and no later than 5:30 pm to our Copper location to pick up your rental gear. We require at least 15-20 minutes to do a proper ski and boot fitting. 

You can return your gear to either location at no extra charge. Our Copper shop is open until 6pm & our Keystone shop is open until 8pm for returns. 

Norski Sports has the simplest and easiest refund/cancellation policy around. We NEVER charge cancellation fees and you will never be charged for gear rentals you do not pick up. We take no payment until rental pickup. Even for no shows or last minute cancellations, you will not be charged.

If you rent for multiple days and only use the gear for the first few days just return the equipment early and we will refund any unused days.

Rest assured that when you rent with Norski Sports you have the easiest and most flexible cancellation/refund policy around. 

Yes! Please ask your ski tech if the gear you are renting is available for purchase. Not all of our equipment is available for purchase. In general we sell off all of our used demo skis and snowboards in March. Any new model year equipment will go on sale in March. 

Yes! Whatever the reason, you can swap equipment at anytime. Please have your skis with you if making a ski or boot swap. 

Yes, as long as they are safe to use with our equipment. In general ski & board boots from the last 10 years are considered safe to use. When reserving online simply uncheck the boot box and you will not be charged for boots with your rental. We do not offer step-on style board bindings. 

No, while you may see other rental companies offer this, this is a recipe for disaster. At Norski Sports we always take the time to perform a proper ski & boot fitting so that you can enjoy your time on the slopes to the max! With so many different brands, sizes, widths, etc the best way to ensure a great experience is to be properly fit for your gear. Our rental process is highly efficient, in general most guests are sized and out the door in 15-20 minutes. 

Yes! Switch at anytime and only pay if there is a price difference between rental packages. 

Yes! We offer up to size 15.5 in both ski and snowboard boots. We only have a handful so reservations are highly encouraged. 

Yes! Helmets can be added to any rental, they are not required but are highly encouraged. 

Yes, on rentals 4 days and longer we can build in one rest day at no extra charge. Reserve your gear for the total amount of time you will be needing the gear for, since we do not take payment in advanced let your ski tech know when picking up your gear what day you will not be skiing and we can build a day off into your rental at no charge. 

Yes! We have one of the biggest selections of demo skis and snowboards around. We don’t take reservations for specific ski models but you can have your pick of the litter when you arrive in store of more than 300+ demo skis & boards.

Yes! Norski Sports offers jacket and snow pant rentals for $29.99 per item, per day. You can add clothing to any rental package reservation.

We do not rent goggles, gloves, facemasks or baselayers due to sanitary reasons. 

No, for safety reasons ski boots must be rented with a ski rental package. 

Yes! Snowboard boot only rentals are $29.99 per day and are available on a first come, first serve basis. 

No, however overnight ski storage is available slope-side at Keystone and Copper Mountain. Also, most condos/hotels have free storage rooms in their lobbies or parking garages.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian over 18 years of age with them to sign for equipment. Sorry, no exceptions. 

Children ski rentals are for anyone 12 and under. If a child is 12 and under and on adult gear you will still only be charged the children’s price!

No, ski lessons must be booked directly through Keystone Resort and Copper Mountain. 

Both Norski Sports are short walks to the lifts. The walk from Norski to the lifts, ticket office, etc is about 5 minutes, even in skis boots!

To get the best deal on rentals reserve online and receive the best discount we offer.

We offer 20% season pass and military discounts at both of our locations on walk-in rentals.

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts do not apply to merchandise. 

Please allow 24 hours for all tuning services. Faster turn around times are possible but are generally not possible on weekends and holidays.
