Keystone Bike Park now open for the 2019 Season!

Keystone Bike Park Rentals at Norski Sports

After one of the snowiest winters in recent memory summer has finally begun! Warmer temperatures and sunny weather arrived just in time for the Keystone Bike Park opening day. The Keystone Bike Park trail crew have been hard at work mitigating the massive amounts of snow melt currently coming down the mountain. In fact, the Keystone Bike Park has just as many trails open this week as it did this time last year! That in itself is pretty amazing given we received well over double the snowfall this winter. Lots of snow melt is great news. The large snow pack is keeping Summit County’s fire danger low, temperatures cooler and ensuring Lake Dillon is full. This time last year we were entering a fire ban, and had many days in the 70’s and 80’s. This year we’re enjoying campfires and perfect mountain biking weather in the mid to upper 60’s. Check back often for more Keystone news and updates!

Brand new downhill bike rentals for the Keystone Bike Park every summer!

Every summer Norski Sports offers a new fleet of mountain bike to rent. While some shops rent bikes for 3 or even 4 summers we like to offer the latest and greatest for our guests to rent. Some of our stand out bikes we are offering this summer are Yeti Cycles’ hottest new long travel 29’ers; the SB130 and SB150. These are the first long travel 29’ers we’ve ever offered for rental. It is truly amazing what 29’ers are capable of these days.

In addition to Yeti demo bikes, we are excited to offer 2019 Specialized Demo 8 downhill bikes and 2019 Specialized Enduros for rent in the Keystone Bike Park. Either Specialized bike is a perfect bike rental for the Keystone Bike Park! Helmet, knee and elbow pads and a pressure suit are included in the price of your rental. As always you can save 20% off your rentals by reserving online!
